These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TVK Cambodia personalized subscription service, allowing members access to movies and TV shows (“TVK Cambodia Content”) streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected TVs, computers, and other devices (“TVK Cambodia Ready Devices”). By using our service, you have accepted these Terms.

In these Terms, “TVK,” “our service,” or “the service” refers to the personalized service provided by TVK Cambodia for discovering and watching TVK Cambodia Content, including features, functionalities, recommendations, reviews, the website, user interfaces, and associated content and software.

  1. Membership and Payment

4.1. Your TVK Cambodia membership operates on a top-up system where you pay as you go. To use the service, Internet access, a TVK Cambodia Ready Device, and one or more Payment Methods are required.

4.2. Membership plans may vary, with conditions and limitations disclosed during sign-up. Specific details can be found on our website under the “Account” link.

  1. Free Trials

5.1. Your TVK Cambodia membership may begin with a free trial lasting one month, or as specified during sign-up.

5.2. Free trial eligibility is at TVK Cambodia’s discretion, subject to abuse prevention measures. Trial may be revoked for ineligibility or misuse. Trial details and expiration can be viewed on the “Plan Details” and “Top Up” link on the “Account” page.

  1. Billing and Cancellation

6.1. Membership fees are earned upon payment. Your payment date may change, and we may authorize your Payment Method up to one month of service during registration.

6.2. Cancellation is allowed at any time, with access until the billing period ends. No refunds or credits for partial-month periods. Changes to pricing or plans will be communicated before taking effect.

  1. TVK Cambodia Service Usage

7.1. The TVK Cambodia service is for personal, non-commercial use, limited to your household. You agree to comply with applicable laws and not engage in illegal or fraudulent use.

7.2. TVK Cambodia Content viewing is subject to geographic restrictions, and the number of simultaneous devices depends on the subscription plan.

7.3. Users agree not to violate content protection measures, perform unauthorized actions, or use the service for public performances.

7.4. The quality of TVK Cambodia Content may vary based on device capabilities, location, and Internet speed. Users are responsible for Internet access charges.

  1. TVK Cambodia Software and Devices

8.1. TVK Cambodia software is for authorized streaming and viewing on TVK Cambodia Ready Devices. Users must deactivate devices if sold or lost.

8.2. Account control lies with the Account Owner, who should not share login details. TVK Cambodia is not responsible for TVK Cambodia Ready Device performance.

  1. Passwords and Account Access

The Account Owner is responsible for account and TVK Cambodia Ready Device access. TVK Cambodia may take measures to protect against identity theft or fraudulent activity.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability

TVK Cambodia service and content are provided “as is” without warranties. TVK Cambodia and its affiliates are not liable for certain damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

  1. Arbitration Agreement

If you are a TVK Cambodia member in the U.S., disputes are resolved through arbitration or small claims court, as outlined in Section 7.

  1. Miscellaneous

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Consumer protection rights under state laws are not limited.

12.2. TVK Cambodia does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for content.

12.3. Feedback provided to TVK Cambodia may be used without compensation.

12.4. Changes to Terms will be effective immediately, with existing members given 30 days’ notice. TVK Cambodia may assign the agreement to affiliated entities.

12.5. Communication preferences are electronic, and legal communication requirements are satisfied through electronic notices.

  1. Condition and Geographic Availability

TVK Cambodia programs are available without time limitation until account expiration. Only one account per household is allowed simultaneously. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to website plans only. TVK Cambodia services are not available in Thailand.

TVK Cambodia services are available in United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Sweden, France, Germany, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Canada, Turkey, Faroe Islands, Italy, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Israel, Australia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, China, Russia, Macao, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, South Africa, Czech Republic, Austria, New Zealand, Laos, Latvia, Colombia, India, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Vietnam, Egypt, Nigeria, Brazil, Cambodia, Indonesia, Greece, Serbia. Please note, services are not available in Thailand.
