This page explains how to delete data associated with tvkhd.tv (website and apps), operated by TVK. tvkhd.tv has no user accounts or passwords: if you have used the live chat, you have an anonymous identifier, a nickname and the messages you sent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Option 1 — Remove data from your device
Website: open your browser settings and clear the site data (cookies and site data / local storage) for tvkhd.tv.
App: clear the app’s storage in your device settings, or uninstall the app.
This removes your nickname, block list, report history and anonymous sign-in from that device. It does not delete messages you already sent; use Option 2 for that.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete your data
Email support@tvkhd.tv with the subject “Delete my data” and include:
The nickname(s) you used.
The channel(s) you chatted in (TVK or TVK2).
The approximate dates and times of your messages, including your time zone.
Please send the request from the device and browser you used, if possible, so we can confirm it’s you.
What we delete
Your chat messages.
Your anonymous identifier (Firebase Authentication account) and rate-limit record.
Reports you submitted.
We will complete your request within 30 days and confirm by email. We may keep limited records where we must, for example reports about content that broke our rules and related ban records (up to 12 months) or information we are legally required to keep. Server logs held by our hosting and streaming providers are deleted on their own schedules.
Automatic deletion
Even if you don’t contact us, chat messages are shown for only 7 days. Each message is stored with an expiry date 90 days after it is posted, and expired messages are deleted.
